From the complete furnishing of a finca or villa to apartments and penthouses or the targeted design of individual indoor and outdoor areas, we develop furnishing concepts tailored to the architecture, use, personal style and budget of our clients.
Many of our clients do not live permanently in Mallorca. This is why we also accompany projects remotely – from the initial idea and planning through selection and sourcing to delivery, installation and the final setup on site.
The following projects are a carefully selected sample of our work over recent years – ranging from smaller furnishing solutions to comprehensive interior design projects. Different types of properties, locations across Mallorca and project sizes provide an insight into the breadth of our work.

A new-build property in Santa Ponsa presents different requirements from a historic townhouse in Sóller. A large family finca in Santanyí needs different areas for retreat and relaxation than a penthouse in Palma that is mainly used for shorter stays.
This is why our work begins with listening, understanding and planning. Moodboards, material and fabric selections as well as different furniture and design proposals help us develop the right solution together with our clients step by step.
We work across manufacturers and, depending on the project, combine international design brands, specialised manufacturers, bespoke solutions, local craftspeople and, where requested, furniture, art or individual pieces sourced by our clients themselves.
Large Finca Estate in Mallorca

One Estate, Multiple Buildings and Areas – One Overall Concept
The project began at the end of 2023 with the owner visiting our showroom in Campos. At that time, the extensive estate, comprising a main house, large guest house, separate guest apartment and spa house, was at the beginning of a comprehensive renovation.
From the outset, the project involved far more than selecting new furniture. Together with the owner, we developed the design concept for the different buildings and areas and accompanied the project throughout the renovation phase. This included space planning and modifications to existing floor plans, as well as the selection of flooring, tiles, bathrooms, fittings, lighting, textiles and bespoke built-in solutions.
The different areas were deliberately given their own individual character. In the main house, high-quality international designer furniture and bespoke pieces were combined with selected one-of-a-kind items. The guest house, by contrast, was given a lighter, Mediterranean atmosphere with natural materials, light-coloured woods and relaxed living areas.
Bespoke Solutions and International Sourcing
A significant part of the project developed from the owner’s personal ideas. Inspirations from travels, hotels or distinctive pieces of furniture and objects discovered internationally were sourced by us and integrated into the overall concept. We were not limited to our own portfolio of manufacturers, but researched suitable sources, clarified technical requirements and organised sourcing and logistics.
This resulted, among other things, in a bespoke library, individual dressing and wardrobe systems, a specially made rug and a separate billiard room. A billiard table found in Germany was transported to Mallorca and the specialist installation on site was coordinated. Internationally sourced individual pieces were also brought to Mallorca through our logistics network and integrated into the project.

Natural Materials and a Strong Focus on Comfort
For the furnishing of a three-storey townhouse in the historic centre of Sóller, a long-standing client approached us once again. Several years earlier, we had already furnished another townhouse in Sóller for him. After that property was later sold including its furnishings, he asked us to design selected areas of his new home.
The focus was on the living area at entrance level, three bedrooms and additional seating for the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The owner placed particular importance on natural materials, a responsible use of materials wherever possible, and a very high level of seating and sleeping comfort. The overall atmosphere was intended to feel relaxed, sophisticated and Mediterranean while respecting the distinctive architecture of the house.
Materials, Fabrics and Bespoke Pieces
For the living area, we selected a generous and particularly comfortable sofa arrangement with relaxed linen covers. Dining chairs with fabric slipcovers and complementary bar stools were used in the dining area. A significant part of the coordination involved selecting the fabrics, as the owner had very specific expectations regarding material, texture and comfort.
Sleeping comfort was equally important in the bedrooms. As the client had been very satisfied with the mattresses in his previous house, we returned to the same trusted mattress manufacturer and had mattresses and toppers made to suit his requirements. The bedrooms were complemented by distinctive four-poster beds and individually made rugs in natural materials, with colours tailored to the respective living and sleeping areas.

Three Apartments in Santa Ponsa

Three Apartments. Three Clients.
Three Completely Different Interiors.
At almost the same time, we worked with three owners from England, Sweden and Germany on apartments within the same new-build development in Santa Ponsa. Although all three properties were located within the same residential complex, the way they were to be used, the owners’ personal styles and their individual requirements differed considerably.
Planning began in 2020 and, due to the pandemic, significant construction delays and the owners being away from Mallorca for most of the time, continued almost entirely remotely for an extended period. Moodboards, furniture and material proposals, as well as telephone and video calls, enabled us to develop and refine each client’s individual vision step by step.
From Warm Bohemian Style to Clean Design Classics
For the English owner’s apartment, we created a warm and inviting atmosphere using bamboo, rattan, natural materials and Asian-inspired accents. The approximately 100 m² apartment with three bedrooms was furnished almost on a turnkey basis, including beds, bed linen, living and dining areas, as well as the balcony and roof terrace with a small pool. Planting and the design of the roof terrace were also part of the project.
The Swedish owners’ approximately 110 m² apartment, by contrast, was given a more contemporary Scandinavian-Mediterranean character with warm colours and soft fabrics. Bespoke box-spring beds with different firmness levels, a sofa adapted to the available dimensions and curtain systems combining lightweight fabrics with blackout layers were among the specific requirements.
For the German owner, the focus was on a clean, contemporary design language. Chrome, black and white were softened with carefully selected fabrics and textiles. The interior included design classics from USM and Thonet as well as furniture from Milano Bedding. The second bedroom was deliberately designed as a home office with a high-quality sofa bed, allowing it to serve both functions. Outdoor furniture from Dedon was selected for the roof terrace, among other pieces.
These three apartments, realised in parallel, illustrate our approach particularly well: the same architecture does not mean the same interior. The starting point is always the people, how they use their property and their personal style.

A Retreat for the Whole Family
We were commissioned with the complete furnishing of this newly built finca near Ses Salines while the property was still under construction. The approximately 400 m² house on an extensive plot was intended above all to become a relaxed retreat where a larger family could spend time together without every moment necessarily having to be shared.
The planning therefore went beyond considering each room individually. The key question was how the house and its extensive outdoor areas would be used at different times of the day. In addition to communal areas for dining and spending time together, we deliberately created a variety of smaller retreats for relaxing, talking or enjoying quiet hours by the pool.
The furnishing concept was developed through personal discussions, moodboards and furniture proposals, with some of the coordination with family members also taking place remotely.
Mediterranean, Warm and Deliberately Relaxed
Inside, we created a relaxed Mediterranean cosy style using warm woods, natural materials, rattan and soft fabrics. Generous, comfortable sofas were combined with selected antique or more rustic elements and complemented by contemporary accents.
The kitchen and entrance area were also given an additional function. Instead of another conventional dining table, we introduced a high industrial-style table made of wood and metal. Combined with matching bar stools, it created an informal meeting place for four people while also providing a deliberate contrast to the main dining area.
In the bedrooms, storage was just as important as sleeping comfort. As the originally planned built-in units did not provide sufficient storage space, box-spring beds with hydraulically opening storage compartments were used in all bedrooms except the master bedroom.

A Large Family Finca with Different Living Areas
The project came to us at the end of 2020 through the recommendation of a real estate agent with whom we had already worked on other client projects. The newly acquired finca was nearing completion and was to be fully furnished within just a few months.
The planning was carried out in close collaboration with the owner, who has a strong personal interest in interior design and clear ideas about the design of her various properties. Together, using moodboards and the selection of materials, furniture and fabrics, we developed an overall concept for the approximately 500 m² finca with seven bedrooms and its extensive outdoor areas.
The kitchen and fixed built-in elements were already part of the construction project. Our task included the complete furnishing of the living and sleeping areas, as well as lighting, textiles and the design of the various outdoor spaces.
Bespoke Pieces and Design as a Connecting Element
A particular statement was created in the dining area: we commissioned an approximately four-metre-long dining table made from old Belgian oak, individually crafted for the space and stained in a dark finish. This was combined with an approximately six-metre-long bespoke rug and modern Husk chairs by B&B Italia.
In the adjoining living area, we deliberately chose more relaxed modular sofas. Coffee tables were custom-made in the same material and colour as the large dining table, creating a visual connection between the living and dining areas despite the different furniture styles.
Lighting also became part of the overall concept. The entrance hall, approximately six to seven metres high, provided the opportunity to create a composition of several pendant lights by Emotional Light. The interior was complemented by individually coordinated curtain systems combining lightweight fabrics with blackout options.
Penthouse in Colònia de Sant Jordi

A Home in Mallorca – Planned Remotely
The internationally based owners contacted us online to furnish their newly acquired penthouse in Colònia de Sant Jordi. At the beginning of the project, we had never met in person. The initial briefing and subsequent planning were carried out remotely via telephone, digital coordination and our furnishing proposals.
Across approximately 80 m², two bedrooms, the living and dining area and a third room needed to be furnished. This third room was primarily intended as a home office but also needed to function as a comfortable guest room when required. For this purpose, a high-quality pull-out sofa bed was integrated into the workspace.
The design developed into a combination of modern and Mediterranean elements with deliberately stronger colour accents – significantly more individual and colourful than many traditionally understated holiday properties.
Functionality Is Part of Interior Design
In addition to the furnishing, further requirements emerged during the project. Some electrical sockets needed to be adapted to the new furniture layout. For the kitchen, the owners also wanted a combined fridge-freezer with integrated wine storage.
For us, tasks like these are also part of an interior design project. We took the necessary measurements on site, researched a suitable appliance and coordinated its sourcing and delivery together with the rest of the furnishings.
In this way, the original furnishing brief gradually developed into a solution in which design and the practical use of the apartment were considered together.
Townhouse in Llucmajor

Generous Living Space on a Narrow Floor Plan
The Austrian owners came to us through a recommendation at the end of 2024. The recently renovated townhouse in Llucmajor extends over several levels on a narrow floor plan – an architectural layout typical of Mallorcan townhouses that places particular demands on proportions, furniture dimensions and subsequent delivery.
The ground floor contains the garage and storage areas as well as a rear section with a patio. One floor above, the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area extends across the depth of the house. The upper floor accommodates the master bedroom and another room designed to function both as a guest room and a home office.
Our task was to provide the complete basic furnishing for these areas, including rugs, curtains and the smaller outdoor spaces. The overall style was intended to be modern while incorporating Mediterranean influences and respecting the character of the townhouse.
Bespoke Planning for Limited Space
In the master bedroom in particular, every centimetre mattered. The owners wanted the most comfortable sleeping area possible without unnecessarily restricting the already limited space around the bed.
As neither owner is particularly tall, we were able to customise the bed to a length of 1.90 metres. A particularly slim headboard of only around five centimetres in depth further reduced the amount of space required. This resulted in a bed with a sleeping width of 1.80 metres and an overall external length of only around 1.95 metres.
The proportions of the furniture in the living area were also carefully adapted to the floor plan. A highlight of the dining area is a round Tulip table with matching Tulip chairs – a solution that combines a strong design statement with the available circulation space.
Together with our interior decorator, we completed the furnishing with curtains and blackout solutions.
New-Build Villa in Colònia de Sant Pere

Targeted Redesign Instead of Complete Refurnishing
The owners came to us through a recommendation. The modern new-build villa had already been furnished by the property developer. However, the existing furnishings were relatively basic and did not fully reflect either the architectural quality of the house or the owners’ expectations.
Rather than replacing all of the existing furniture, we therefore focused on the areas where a targeted redesign could have the greatest impact: the open-plan living and dining area on the upper floor, as well as the balcony, roof terrace and pool terrace. The already furnished bedrooms initially remained unchanged.
Using moodboards and different furniture and manufacturer proposals, we developed a modern yet comfortable concept together with the owners that better complements the clean architecture of the house.
Interior Design Overlooking the Bay of Alcúdia
The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the upper floor offers expansive views across the Bay of Alcúdia. The new furnishings were deliberately chosen to enhance these views rather than obstruct them through overly dominant furniture or unsuitable proportions.
For the living area, a modern L-shaped sofa by Atemporal was selected. A bespoke TV sideboard in a matt lacquer finish complements the clean design language. In the dining area, a Bonaldo dining table with a distinctive stone top and metal base forms the centrepiece, combined with matching Bonaldo designer chairs.
The high pitched roof with its exposed beam structure also provided the opportunity to create a distinctive design feature with a pendant light by Emotional Light. Double-layer curtain systems combining lightweight fabrics with blackout curtains complete the interior and add warmth to the large open-plan space.
Further Projects & Individual Solutions
Not every interior design project begins with an empty house or involves an entire property. Sometimes the task is to redesign individual rooms, replace a kitchen, complement existing furniture or prepare a holiday home for its owners from a distance.
In these projects, too, we combine interior design with the practical aspects of implementation in Mallorca – from planning and sourcing to coordinating manufacturers and local partners, logistics, delivery and installation.
Penthouse in Son Rapinya · Remote Furnishing
The owners of this penthouse in Son Rapinya commissioned us to furnish the entire property, even though we had never met in person before. The estate agent provided us with access to the property, allowing us to take measurements and carry out the planning on site. Furniture and design proposals were then developed together with the family through moodboards and digital consultations.
We furnished both bedrooms as well as the living and dining areas, balcony and roof terrace. In addition, we integrated furniture and accessories that the owners had purchased themselves in Germany into our logistics and delivered everything together in Mallorca.
Here too, delivery became part of the project: a large daybed could not be transported to the roof terrace via the staircase. The solution was to use a furniture lift over the façade and an adjoining terrace. We only met the owners in person after the entire furnishing project had been completed.
Apartment at Playa de Palma · Bespoke Kitchen Design
For this apartment at Playa de Palma, the focus was on redesigning the kitchen as part of an existing interior. The aim was to create a solution that would integrate naturally into the architecture and the existing furnishing concept while making significantly better use of the available space.
Together with the client, we developed the layout, selected materials, colours, surfaces and fittings and coordinated the detailed planning with the kitchen manufacturer. Particular attention was paid to creating sufficient storage space and a clean, understated appearance that would complement the rest of the apartment.
We accompanied the project from the initial design through technical coordination and production to delivery and installation in Mallorca. This allowed the client to manage the entire kitchen project through a single point of contact.
Townhouse in Palma · Kitchen Renovation & Project Logistics
In this already occupied townhouse in Palma, an existing kitchen was to be replaced. Although it initially appeared high-quality, it did not meet the owners’ expectations in terms of quality and functionality. The result is a deliberately understated, high-quality new kitchen with light-coloured fronts and a textured white ceramic worktop.
The real challenge, however, was not the kitchen design alone. The location in Palma’s narrow streets required precise coordination of dismantling, disposal and delivery. At the same time, the parallel construction work was delayed by several months, meaning that the already manufactured kitchen first had to be stored and the installation date rescheduled several times.
As the owners were not in Mallorca during the final installation and additional trades continued working in the house afterwards, we documented the completed kitchen extensively with photos and videos immediately after completion. This provided a clear record of its condition and defect-free handover.
Holiday Home in Sa Ràpita · Complete Furnishing
For this newly built holiday home in Sa Ràpita, we were commissioned to develop and implement the complete furnishing concept. The aim was to create a relaxed Mediterranean home that would work equally well for the owners themselves and for family and guests.
We furnished the living and dining areas, bedrooms and outdoor spaces and coordinated the selection of furniture, lighting, textiles and accessories. Particular attention was paid to combining durable, practical solutions with a coherent overall design suitable for everyday life in Mallorca.
The project was implemented from planning and product selection through ordering and logistics to delivery and installation on site. This allowed the owners to arrive at a fully furnished and ready-to-use holiday home without having to coordinate the individual manufacturers, deliveries and installation themselves.
From the First Idea to Implementation in Mallorca
Our projects differ in size, style and scope. Some begin with an empty new-build property, while others start with a home that is already furnished. Some of our clients live permanently in Mallorca, while many manage their projects from Germany, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia or other parts of the world.
What all of these projects have in common is our commitment to taking responsibility for the implementation rather than simply selecting furniture. We plan, research and source across different manufacturers, coordinate deliveries and local partners, solve unexpected problems and ensure that many individual decisions ultimately come together to create a coherent home.
