POINT has been creating outdoor furniture since 1920. Based in Alicante on Spain’s Mediterranean coast, the company combines a long tradition of craftsmanship with contemporary design, technical materials and furniture developed specifically for outdoor living.

POINT also collaborates with international designers including Mario Ruiz, Christophe Pillet, Henrik Pedersen and Patrick Norguet.

Materials made for outdoor living in Mallorca
Selecting outdoor furniture in Mallorca is not only about appearance. Strong sunlight, UV exposure, humidity, salt in coastal locations and intensive summer use all influence which materials and finishes are appropriate.
POINT works with materials including teak, powder-coated aluminium, outdoor rope, technical fabrics and its proprietary TechTeak. Its natural teak is Grade A and FSC-certified, while TechTeak has been developed to reproduce the warmth and appearance of teak with very low maintenance requirements.
Powder-coated aluminium is another important material for Mediterranean outdoor environments because of its low weight and resistance to corrosion and weather exposure.
At KOYO Interior, we therefore consider not only the design of a piece but also where it will be positioned, how intensively it will be used and which materials, fabrics and finishes make sense for the individual property.
