Spanish outdoor design with a Mediterranean character
Musola is a Spanish outdoor furniture manufacturer based in Alicante on the Mediterranean coast. The company designs, develops and manufactures its furniture in its own production facilities, combining contemporary design with carefully selected materials, technical expertise and a distinctly Mediterranean approach to outdoor living.
As an official Musola retailer in Mallorca, KOYO Interior works with the collection for individual furniture selections as well as complete terrace, garden and outdoor furnishing projects. From our showroom in Campos, we advise our clients on furniture, dimensions, configurations, materials and colours according to the architecture of the property and the way each outdoor area will actually be used.
Outdoor furniture for different areas of a property
Outdoor living in Mallorca often extends across several different areas. A dining terrace may need comfortable chairs and a generous table, while a pool area, covered terrace or garden requires completely different furniture and proportions.
Musola offers a broad collection including dining chairs, armchairs, sofas, modular sofas, tables, coffee tables, stools, benches, sun loungers, swing chairs and outdoor rugs. Collections such as Boira, Baga, Salinas, Nansa, Canasta, Nao and Niu provide different possibilities for creating individual outdoor settings.
At KOYO Interior, we therefore look at the complete outdoor space rather than selecting individual pieces in isolation. Available space, circulation, views, sun exposure and the relationship between dining, lounge and pool areas all influence the final furniture selection.
A large terrace at a finca may require several coordinated zones, while an apartment terrace may benefit from compact furniture and flexible configurations. The objective is always to create an outdoor environment that feels naturally connected to the property and the way our clients live.
Materials selected for outdoor living in Mallorca
Choosing outdoor furniture in Mallorca involves more than design and comfort. Strong sunlight, UV exposure, humidity, heat and, particularly in coastal locations, salt in the air place additional demands on furniture, fabrics and finishes.
Musola works with materials specifically selected for outdoor use, including stainless steel and aluminium with polyester powder coatings. Its upholstered outdoor furniture uses water-repellent Dry Feel foams, while the manufacturer’s outdoor fabrics use solution-dyed acrylic fibres designed to provide UV colour fastness and durability.
Depending on the collection, these materials are combined with rope, ceramics, technical textiles or wood. The Boira modular collection, for example, combines outdoor upholstery with structures available in stainless steel or Iroko wood, creating a warmer interpretation of contemporary outdoor furniture.
At KOYO Interior, we consider where each piece will be positioned, how intensively it will be used and which combination of materials, fabrics and finishes is appropriate for the individual property.
Mediterranean design, colour and individual combinations
One of the characteristics of Musola is the use of colour, texture and different materials to create outdoor furniture with a distinctive but relaxed character. The collections range from understated architectural pieces to more expressive designs, allowing different areas of a property to develop their own identity while remaining part of a coherent overall concept.
Musola also collaborates with Spanish designers and studios including Santiago Sevillano, Yonoh Studio, Javier Herrero and Carlos Guijarro. Several collections have received international design awards, including the Baga chair with a Red Dot Award and the Niu swing chair with an iF Design Award. The Boira sofa received a Delta Bronze Award in 2026.
For our projects in Mallorca, this variety gives us the flexibility to select furniture according to the architecture and atmosphere of the property rather than following a single predefined outdoor style.
Musola at KOYO Interior Mallorca
As an official Musola retailer, we advise our clients on suitable collections, dimensions, configurations, seating comfort, materials, colours, fabrics and finishes.
Musola can be used for an individual dining table, a set of chairs or sun loungers, but it can equally form part of a complete outdoor furnishing concept for a finca, villa, townhouse or apartment.
Our manufacturer-independent approach also allows us to combine Musola furniture with pieces from other outdoor brands whenever this creates the better solution for the individual project. Dining furniture, lounge areas, sun loungers, lighting, parasols and accessories can therefore be coordinated as part of one overall outdoor concept.
From our showroom in the historic former railway station in Campos, we coordinate furniture selection and ordering as well as logistics, delivery and professional installation throughout Mallorca.
Whether you are looking for individual outdoor furniture or would like to develop a complete terrace, garden or pool area, our team can help you select the appropriate Musola pieces and integrate them into your property.
