Interior Design Mallorca is about creating homes that reflect the lifestyle, personality and expectation of each client. Every property is unique.

At KOYO Interior, we create bespoke interior design concepts for villas, fincas, apartments, townhouses and holiday homes throughout Mallorca. Our goal is not simply to furnish a property, but to create a home that reflects the personality, lifestyle and aspirations of its owners.

From our distinctive showroom in the historic railway station of Campos, we support homeowners, property buyers and investors with professional interior design, furnishing and project coordination services across the island.

Whether you have purchased a city apartment in Palma, a townhouse in Santanyí, a villa in Son Vida or a large finca estate in the countryside, our team develops tailored solutions that combine functionality, comfort, quality and timeless design.

Experience Across All Property Sizes

Our experience ranges from stylish apartments and townhouses with two or three bedrooms to extensive villas, country estates and luxury fincas with multiple buildings and up to twelve bedrooms.

Each project receives the same level of personal attention, design expertise and professional project management regardless of size or budget.

A Unique Mallorca Showroom Experience

Unlike conventional furniture stores or industrial showroom environments, KOYO Interior offers a carefully curated design experience in one of Mallorca's most distinctive showroom locations.

Our historic showroom in Campos allows clients to explore premium furniture, lighting, textiles and outdoor living collections in an authentic Mediterranean setting that reflects the lifestyle many property owners are seeking when they choose Mallorca as their home.

Our showroom is a destination for professional Interior Design Mallorca services.

“Our goal is your satisfaction – we guide you on the way to your dream home.”

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A successful interior project requires much more than good design. Especially when property owners do not live permanently in Mallorca, reliable coordination, clear communication and a central point of contact are essential.

Depending on the scope, we accompany your project from the initial planning through to the completed interior. We coordinate furniture manufacturers, suppliers, logistics and installation and – where relevant to the interior concept – liaise with architects, construction companies and local trades.

Throughout the process, we keep track of schedules, deliveries and the individual stages of implementation and keep you regularly informed about progress. Many decisions and coordination processes can be handled conveniently by email, phone, WhatsApp or video call – even when you are not in Mallorca yourself.

Our aim is to ensure a structured and transparent project process in which design and practical implementation work seamlessly together, with a reliable local partner on Mallorca by your side.

SOURCING & SCOUTING

Not every suitable solution can be found in an existing furniture catalogue. That is why our work is not limited to the brands and manufacturers within our own portfolio.

For our projects, we research and source furniture, lighting, rugs, accessories, art and distinctive individual pieces as required – both in Mallorca and internationally. Inspiration from our clients, pieces discovered in hotels or while travelling, or ideas from other projects can also become the starting point for our search.

We identify suitable sources, clarify finishes, materials, dimensions and availability and, where required, organise ordering, transport and delivery to Mallorca. Bespoke pieces and individually developed solutions can also form part of this process.

This allows us to develop an interior concept independently of individual manufacturers and to bring together exactly the products and solutions that suit the property, its architecture and our clients’ personal preferences.

NETWORKING

PARTNER NETWORK

An interior project does not end with the selection of furniture and materials. Professional implementation often requires expertise from different disciplines and reliable specialist partners.

Over many years, we have built a network in Mallorca of architects, construction companies, tradespeople and specialist companies with whom we have worked on a variety of projects. Depending on the project and its requirements, we can recommend suitable partners, involve them in the planning process and coordinate the work relevant to our interior concept.

This includes, for example, carpenters and metalworkers for bespoke solutions, electricians and installers, painters and flooring specialists, as well as interior decorators for curtains, upholstery and custom-made protective covers for outdoor furniture. In addition, our projects have involved specialist companies for glazing, sun sails and the planning and implementation of sauna, hammam and spa areas.

For our clients, this network primarily means efficient communication and a reliable local point of contact. Even when several companies are involved in a project, we keep track of the interfaces relevant to our interior work and help ensure that the individual elements come together as smoothly as possible.
