Scandinavian design, comfort and outdoor living
Cane-line is a Danish design company known for combining Scandinavian aesthetics with comfort, functionality and furniture developed for contemporary indoor and outdoor living. Founded in 1987, the family-owned company has more than 35 years of experience and today works internationally with a strong focus on durable design, carefully selected materials and long-lasting comfort.
As an official Cane-line retailer in Mallorca, KOYO Interior works with the collection for individual furniture selections as well as complete terrace, garden and outdoor furnishing projects. From our showroom in Campos, we advise our clients on lounge furniture, dining settings, sun loungers, daybeds, materials, colours and configurations according to the architecture of the property and the way each outdoor area will actually be used.
Outdoor furniture for terraces, gardens and pool areas
Outdoor living in Mallorca often involves several different areas within the same property. A covered dining terrace, an open lounge area, a pool terrace or a smaller balcony each has different requirements in terms of furniture, dimensions, materials and exposure to the elements.
Cane-line offers an extensive outdoor collection ranging from dining chairs and tables to sofas, modular lounge systems, lounge chairs, sunbeds, daybeds and accessories. This makes it possible to create coordinated outdoor environments rather than selecting individual pieces in isolation.
At KOYO Interior, we consider the complete outdoor space. Available dimensions, circulation, views, sun exposure and the relationship between dining, lounge and pool areas all influence the furniture selection.
A large finca or villa may require several coordinated outdoor zones, while a townhouse or apartment terrace may benefit from compact furniture and flexible configurations. The objective is always to create an outdoor environment that feels naturally connected to the architecture and the way our clients live.
Materials developed for outdoor life
Choosing outdoor furniture in Mallorca is not only a question of design. Strong sunlight, UV exposure, heat, humidity and salt in coastal locations place additional demands on furniture, upholstery and finishes.
Cane-line works with a variety of materials developed for exterior use. Cane-line Weave®, for example, is a durable polyethylene fibre designed to withstand water, temperature variations and UV exposure while requiring minimal maintenance. The collection also includes furniture in materials such as aluminium and Grade A teak, allowing very different visual expressions and combinations.
For upholstered outdoor furniture, Cane-line has developed its QuickDry & Airflow system. The construction is designed to drain water efficiently and promote air circulation after rain or in humid conditions, helping outdoor cushions dry considerably faster.
For properties in Mallorca, these technical characteristics are particularly relevant. At KOYO Interior, we consider where the furniture will be positioned, how exposed the location is and how intensively the furniture will be used before selecting materials, fabrics and configurations.
From outdoor dining to relaxed lounge areas
The way outdoor areas are used has changed considerably. Terraces are increasingly treated as extensions of the interior, with comfortable sofas, generous dining settings, occasional tables, lighting and accessories creating complete outdoor rooms.
Cane-line’s broad collection makes it possible to develop different areas within this concept. Dining tables and chairs can define spaces for meals and entertaining, while modular sofas and lounge furniture create more relaxed environments. Sunbeds and daybeds can then connect these areas with the pool or garden.
For us at KOYO Interior, the relationship between these zones is particularly important. Furniture dimensions, seating heights, materials and colours should work together without every area necessarily using the same collection.
We can therefore combine different Cane-line collections or integrate selected Cane-line pieces with furniture, lighting, parasols and accessories from other manufacturers to create an individual outdoor concept for the property.
Cane-line outdoor furniture available through KOYO Interior
Cane-line furniture can be ordered through KOYO Interior for private homes, holiday properties and furnishing projects throughout Mallorca.
The extensive collection gives us considerable flexibility when planning outdoor spaces – whether you need a compact dining setting for a balcony, comfortable lounge furniture for a terrace or several coordinated areas around a larger villa or finca.
We help select suitable models, dimensions, materials and colours according to the available space and the way the outdoor area will actually be used. Where appropriate, Cane-line can also be combined with furniture, lighting and shading solutions from other manufacturers.
You do not need to rely solely on the pieces currently displayed in our showroom. We can source from the wider Cane-line collection and coordinate ordering, logistics, delivery and professional installation in Mallorca.
