Italian design, innovation and almost 90 years of furniture expertise
Bonaldo is an Italian furniture manufacturer with almost 90 years of experience in developing contemporary furniture for living, dining and sleeping areas. Founded from a tradition of craftsmanship and metalworking, the company has evolved into an internationally recognised design brand combining Italian manufacturing, innovative materials and collaborations with leading designers.
As an official Bonaldo retailer in Mallorca, KOYO Interior works directly with the collection for individual furniture selections as well as complete furnishing and interior design projects. From our showroom in Campos, we advise our clients on tables, chairs, sofas, beds, occasional furniture, lighting and accessories according to the architecture and atmosphere of their property.
Dining tables as a defining element of the interior
Dining tables are one of the areas in which Bonaldo has developed a particularly distinctive design language. The collection combines sculptural bases with materials including wood, metal, glass, marble and ceramic, creating tables that can become a central architectural element within a dining space.
Models such as Big Table, Geometric Table, Mellow, Torii, Pivot, Octa and Prora demonstrate the different possibilities within the collection, from expressive statement pieces to quieter contemporary designs.
At KOYO Interior, however, we do not select a dining table purely according to its appearance. Dimensions and proportions need to work with the architecture of the room and the number of people who will regularly use the table. Chair dimensions, armrest heights, circulation around the table and the available space between furniture and walls are equally important.
For properties in Mallorca, this allows us to select anything from a generous dining table for a large finca or villa to a more compact or extendable solution for an apartment or townhouse.
From sofas and chairs to complete living environments
Bonaldo extends far beyond dining furniture. The collection includes sofas, armchairs, chairs, benches, coffee tables, side tables, consoles, sideboards and other furniture designed to work together within contemporary living environments.
The sofa collection ranges from refined individual sofas to generous modular configurations. Different dimensions, modules, upholstery options and compositions allow the seating arrangement to be adapted to the individual room and the way it will be used.
For us at KOYO Interior, this flexibility is particularly important. We consider circulation, viewing directions, architectural features and the relationship between sofas, armchairs, occasional tables, rugs and lighting when developing a living area.
Rather than reproducing a complete manufacturer’s setting, we can also combine individual Bonaldo pieces with furniture and accessories from other brands. This allows each element to be selected according to its function, proportions and relationship with the property.
Beds, lighting and accessories for a coherent interior
Bonaldo also offers an extensive collection for bedrooms, including upholstered beds and complementary furniture. The beds combine distinctive headboards, carefully considered proportions, materials and upholstery to create bedrooms that feel like complete living environments rather than purely functional sleeping areas.
Lighting and accessories extend the collection further and allow different areas of a property to be visually connected. Pendant lights, floor and table lighting as well as mirrors, occasional furniture and accessories can introduce recurring materials, forms and colours throughout an interior.
This breadth makes Bonaldo particularly useful within complete furnishing projects. A dining table or sofa may be the starting point, while additional pieces can be selected to create continuity between dining, living and sleeping areas.
At KOYO Interior, we use this flexibility to develop interiors according to the individual property rather than designing a home around a single manufacturer.
